1. Nature of the Service
Roswell Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning Roswell, Georgia. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with the City of Roswell, Fulton County, Georgia, a court, or a records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use the service and any information reached through it only in lawful ways. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Neither site content nor linked search output is a consumer report. It cannot be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA.
4. External Services
Roswell, Fulton County, and Georgia portals, as well as sponsored search providers, apply their own terms and privacy policies. Their content, uptime, charges, and data handling are outside our control.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that content is accurate, complete, or current, or that an outside portal will remain available or return a correct result.

11. Governing Law
Georgia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §50-18-70 et seq., governs requests to Georgia public agencies and does not make Roswell Residents Directory a custodian. Research did not verify an enacted comprehensive Georgia consumer privacy statute that provides a universal deletion or opt-out right.
12. Severability
If one provision is found unenforceable, every remaining provision continues in effect.
